Programme of Major Organisational Change – Membership ORganisation

Our Client

A membership organisation representing visual artists in the UK and overseas.

Our Brief

To help develop a series of co-ordinated projects to achieve a major programme of change in an organisation that had plans to improve levels of service and to respond to major changes in the legislative environment in which it operates.

Our Approach

We facilitated three day workshops with a small team of senior staff and directors. This enabled us to prepare a detailed project initiation proposal which set out:

· Change Programme Objectives & Structure
· Key Considerations in Designing The Change Programme
· Projects’ Objectives
· Projects Approach
· Projects’ Scope
· Roles, Responsibilities & Reporting
· Projects’ Timescales & Costing
· Project plans
· Deliverables & Outcomes
· Risks
· Other Potential Models to Resource the Projects

Our Achievements

We helped our client to develop a clear and unambiguous statement of what was required in the change documents, fostered agreement between senior staff, provided our experience of how to structure a major programme of change and set out a clear business case, including the resources required, for the Chief Executive and Trustees to approve.
