ICT Questions Trustees Should Ask

As outlined in Third Sector, BlueSpark Consulting has published a paper outlining the types of questions that Trustees should ask about their organisation's IT in order to ensure that it is being managed effectively.

Attempts by charities to reap the benefits of ICT often go wrong because trustees don't commit themselves to a clear and well-funded strategy. The paper has been published following an ICT round table meeting, chaired by Mike Caudrey of BlueSpark Consulting, which discussed how voluntary organisations can tackle this problem.
