This workshop provides a proven practical framework and easy-to-use tools for improving efficiency & effectiveness which you can adapt and implement within your own organisations to deliver significant and measurable improvements. The first part of the workshop introduces an integrated efficiency & effectiveness framework which BlueSpark has developed over many years of working within the voluntary & membership sector. We share and explain proven good practice techniques and tools which can be used to improve efficiency and effectiveness within your organisation. We also demonstrate a proven diagnostic approach to improving performance. It is based on our observation that many organisations hold more potentially useful data than they realise. With a little creativity, the data can be unlocked and transformed into a valuable information resource, which can identify areas where improvements can and should be made. The last part of the workshop looks at how you can develop the effectiveness of your team and improve its performance. We introduce a tool which we have found to be very useful in working to develop more effective and successful teams. Case studies are included in this workshop and illustrate how the efficiency & effectiveness framework has been successfully used to improve the performance of our clients. |
