Increasingly, organisations are beginning to recognize that no matter how good their strategy and operations are, an unhealthy culture will prevent them achieving their objectives. This workshop will emphasise why it is important that organisations assess what their existing culture is and how they would like it to be. We will examine a number of different cultural assessment tools, and delegates will have an opportunity to test these out. Finally, the workshop will deal with the various approaches to changing culture and help delegates to identify the one that will be right for their organisation. Full refunds will be made for written cancellation when received 10 or more days in advance. Thereafter no refunds will be available, but substitute delegates will be accepted. Full payment is required before the event. |
