The one page organisational strategy
Monday-16-November-2009
The proven benefits of a one page strategy
Integrating key performance indicators with the strategy
Understanding & overcoming barriers to buy-in & making it happen
This challenging title is not meant to imply a lack of importance of strategy but rather a belief in that over-used phrase “the process is more important than the end result”. There is an emerging trend that voluntary and membership sector organisations are starting to recognise, that the process of securing the real understanding and buy-in of the people who are going to make it happen over-rides the value of the final document.
The first part of the seminar will examine the benefits of having a one page strategy and what the one page should contain. It will also demystify the language of strategic planning and provide real-life examples of one page strategies.
The second part of the seminar will examine how best to integrate key performance indicators with the strategy and how to overcome barriers to stakeholder buy-in and “making it happen”.
Full refunds will be made for written cancellation when received 10 or more days in advance. Thereafter no refunds will be available, but substitute delegates will be accepted. Full payment is required before the event.
